Book a pickup and we’ll collect your computer from your home or office.
We run a full diagnostic and explain the issue in simple, clear language.
You approve the repair before any work begins.
Once completed, we return your computer fully tested and ready to use.
Pricing
We charge a $175 diagnostic fee to assess and identify the issue with your computer.
If you choose to proceed with the repair or service through us, the diagnostic fee is applied as a credit toward the total repair cost.
Once the diagnostic is complete, we’ll explain the issue and provide a clear cost estimate before any work begins.
Parts are billed separately when required.
Fixed-price quotes are available for SSD upgrades, RAM upgrades, and operating system reinstalls.
