Service Description
Not sure what's wrong with your computer? We'll run a full diagnostic to identify the issue and give you a clear breakdown of what it will cost to fix. No repair work begins until you approve it. Diagnostic fee is $125. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward your total. Drop-off and pick-up available in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
