Service Description
Not sure if your data can be saved? We'll assess your drive, identify the issue, and give you a clear quote for full recovery before any work begins. The $175 diagnostic fee covers inspection, testing, and a full condition report on your device. If you choose to proceed with recovery, you will receive a separate invoice for all recovery and transfer costs. Drop-off and pick-up available in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver. Everything else stays the same. Go ahead and save it!
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
