Service Description
Need hands-on tech help at home or at your office? We come to you. Whether it's computer setup, troubleshooting, network issues, device configuration, or general tech support, our technician will assess and resolve your issues on the spot. Serving North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby. On-site visits are billed at $175/hour with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. Please have your devices powered on and accessible, and any relevant passwords ready before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
