Service Description
Need hands-on tech help at your home or office? We come to you. Whether it's computer setup, troubleshooting, network issues, device configuration, or general technology support, we'll assess the issue and work to resolve it as efficiently as possible. We proudly serve North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding areas. On-site service starts at $175 for the first hour, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments when applicable. Larger or more complex projects may be quoted at a fixed price before work begins. Travel fees may apply for appointments outside of North Vancouver. Please have your devices powered on, accessible, and any relevant passwords available before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
