Service Description

We connect remotely to your computer or device to troubleshoot issues, set up software, walk you through technology, and resolve problems in real time. Remote sessions are billed at $125/hour with a one-hour minimum. All you need is an internet connection. We'll send you a secure link to get connected.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
