Service Description
Not sure what you need, what to buy, or where to start? Bring your tech questions, confusing devices and frustrating problems. We'll talk it through, figure out what's going on and help you decide what to do next. Phone or video by default. In-person appointments are available by request at our standard on-site rate. No couch required. Just bring your tech questions.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
