Service Description
Frustrated with slow, unreliable, or inconsistent Wi-Fi? We'll assess your home's network, test your internet connection, evaluate Wi-Fi coverage, identify problem areas, and recommend the best solution for your needs. Whether you're experiencing dead zones, slow speeds, dropped connections, or need a complete home or office Wi-Fi upgrade, we'll provide honest, professional recommendations. If new equipment or a larger installation is required, you'll receive a fixed-price quote before any work begins. We proudly serve North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, Burnaby, and surrounding areas. Assessments start at $175 for the first hour, with additional time billed in 30-minute increments when applicable. Travel fees may apply for appointments outside of North Vancouver. Please ensure your internet service is active and your modem, router, or networking equipment is accessible before your appointment. If available, have your Wi-Fi password and ISP account information ready.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits may be applied toward a future booking if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit in full. For services involving hardware purchases or parts, a 50% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once parts are ordered. Data recovery services are performed on a best-effort basis.
