If your Oticon hearing aids aren’t connecting to your phone, cutting out on Bluetooth, or refusing to work with your TV adapter, you’re not alone.
These devices are packed with great features—but when they stop syncing or the app starts acting up, it can be incredibly frustrating. That’s where I come in.
I provide in-person or phone support to help you fix problems with Oticon hearing aids—without the long hold times, confusing manuals, or tech talk.
Common Oticon Hearing Aid Problems
I often get calls for the same few issues:
Your hearing aids won’t connect to your iPhone or Android
The Oticon ON app isn’t detecting your devices
TV adapter is flashing or won’t pair with the hearing aids
Bluetooth connects and drops randomly
You can’t hear audio from your phone or TV even though it says “connected”
These are all solvable. You just need the right steps and someone who knows how to walk you through them.
What to Try Before Calling for Help
Before we book a visit, here are a few things you can try:
Turn your hearing aids off and on – This resets the Bluetooth connection.
Restart your phone – It clears up connection issues in many cases.
Delete and reinstall the Oticon ON app – Then re-pair your hearing aids.
Forget the device and reconnect – On your phone's Bluetooth menu, tap “Forget This Device” under your Oticon aids, then pair again.
Check for software updates – Both the Oticon app and your phone should be up to date.
If none of that works—or it just sounds too overwhelming—I can help.
