How much does tech support cost? On-site and remote support are both $175/hour. A Wi-Fi and network assessment is $225. A data recovery diagnostic is $250. Tech Therapy — a friendly 30-minute session — is $75.
What's included in a Wi-Fi assessment? We test your entire network, identify dead zones and weak spots, and give you a clear recommendation — whether that's repositioning your router, adding access points, or a full mesh upgrade.
